Faulty or Damaged Goods

We only accept returns for items that are faulty or defective.

If you receive an item that is faulty:

  • You must contact us within 5 days of receiving your order.

  • Please provide your order number, a description of the fault, and clear photos where possible.

  • Once the fault is confirmed, we will arrange a replacement or refund, in line with your statutory rights.

Items returned without prior approval may not be accepted.

Customised / Personalised Orders

Customised or personalised items are non-refundable and non-returnable.

This includes any product made to order, personalised, or customised in any way. Please ensure all custom details are correct before placing your order.

Non-Faulty Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • Change of mind

  • Incorrect size, colour, or style selection

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse or improper care

Return Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging where possible.

  • We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item shows signs of use, damage not related to a fault, or alteration.
